When Alessandro invited us to join the Unique World Ambassador program, we were immediately drawn to the idea, especially given our deep roots in Emilia Romagna. Alessandro and his winery, Medici Ermete, are among the oldest and most respected producers of Lambrusco in the region, and their innovation in crafting a Metodo Classico Lambrusco speaks to their unwavering commitment to quality, creativity, and innovation—values that we wholeheartedly embrace at Lucciola.
At Lucciola, we will proudly offer our own Lambrusco Metodo Classico, a wine as distinctive as our restaurant. “Unique” represents the highest expression of a Spumante Metodo Classico Rosé Brut, elevating Lambrusco to a new level of sophistication. It will be part of our wine program.
