Medici Ermete is a company that has always put the territory, the vineyards and the land at the centre. We are doubly linked to it: wine is its maximum expression. He assimilates its history, nourishment, dark moments, investments and respect.
It is with this idea that Medici Ermete has always pursued the theme of sustainability. In recent years, our commitment has grown so much that, at the beginning of 2021, the company launched the Generation 2031 campaign. On that occasion we ratified our Sustainable Manifesto; a moral obligation assumed towards the planet and future generations, which also includes the implementation of the annual sustainability report.
The 2023 Sustainability Report (as for 2022) was drawn up according to the SOPD Equalitas, a standard that attempts to promote sustainable development throughout the supply chain. In fact, the report will contain information on good cellar practices, the ethical-social approach, the packaging materials and the socio-economic and communication activities carried out by the company.
In order to make it accessible to a broad and extended audience, we present a publication which, instead of being particularly technical, as unfortunately often happens, offers a corporate image with a greater identity, and above all represents the simplicity with which we produce and the sincerity with which we look to the future.
