VINOUS: GREAT SCORES FOR OUR ROSATO LAMBRUSCOS

New satisfactions for our Rosato Lambruscos.

With the beginning of August, and before the summer closure, we received the results of our wines from Vinous, the website by Antonio Galloni dedicated to professional wine reviwes, themed stories, videos and photos. It’s all about wine, and the environment is very dinamic and interactive.

Spumante Metodo Classico Brut Rosé “Unique”

93 points

Light, vibrant pink. Reticently perfumed nose evokes dried red cherry, apple, strawberry, peach pit and potpourri. Sappy and densely packed in the mouth, with sneaky concentration of yellow and red fruit plus an enticing sweet floral pastille note. At once rich and lively, finishes with impressive persistence and juicy acidity. Piercing and clean, with a building quality, this is a very refined sparkling Rosé. 100% Lambrusco Marani; disgorged in 2019.

Lambrusco Reggiano rosato secco “I Quercioli”

90 points

Bright red. Deep aromas of red cherry, berries and herbs. Then very flavorful, with suave creamy but vibrant flavors similar to the aromas. Closes long and creamy. Try this with grilled sausages for maximum bang for your buck.

Lambrusco Reggiano rosato dolce “I Quercioli”

87 points

Deep pink. Aromas and flavors of red fruit and herbs. Then similar flavors to the aromas, but this quickly turns rather green despite its inherent sweetness. A very disappointing wine from Medici Ermete, a recognized master of Lambruscos.
